General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions are subject to separate terms which will be published with each offer. Bonus funds are held in a bonus balance and are subject to wagering and game contribution rules. Eligible payment methods, maximum bet limits while wagering and expiry periods will be stated with each promotion. Abusive behaviour such as arbitrage or hedging to guarantee profit will result in cancellation of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits must be made from payment methods in your name. We process deposits promptly and payments are usually reflected immediately. Withdrawals will be subject to verification and may be delayed while checks are completed. We may apply limits to withdrawals and require additional information for large transfers.
